How Do I Place An Order?
You can place your order directly on our online store, where you can view available items for purchase. If you are looking for something specific that you don’t see, please feel free to contact us directly and we can help keep an eye out for it!
Hand – Made Items / Shipping
Your item will be wrapped securely, insured, and shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided by email. Travel time for USPS can range from 5 to 7 days; depending on the distance, or you can select express for 2-3 day shipping at an additional cost.
Authentic items: require signature confirmation and we do not ship to P.O box! You must checkout with a home address and sign upon receiving your package.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items or delayed shipping. Your items will be carefully inspected before shipping. Once your item ships, we are no longer responsible. All purchases are insured and tracking information will be provided. All items are final sale. signature confirmation upon request on handmade items.

As we are a consignment store so once the item sells we issue a payout to our sellers immediately, if for some reason you need to cancel an order please reach out immediately.
As stated all sales are FINAL on authentic merchandise.
Additional merchandise returns :
If return is requested (non-sale items) you have up to 10 days to contact a return request by text (718) 619-3837 or email and return/ship item back. (You are responsible for return cost) original tags MUST be attached. If tags are missing we can not accept a return.
All sale items are final sale & non refundable.
ALL Returns will be issued as a store credit. You will receive a special code to use directly on the website at check out and the amount will be deducted from the sale.
Jewelry is final sale, no returns.
Layaway cancelation: You will lose your deposit and any remaining payments will be issued as a store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS! DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE!

Payment Plans / Deposit
We offer 2 kinds of lay away options:
Lay-Buys (paypal system & no credit needed)
Your 25% deposit (1st payment) will mark your item as SOLD immediately, item will be held on PENDING status. Installments on the balance will be charged monthly. At the end of your plan, we are notified and your item will be shipped immediately.
Or we offer Affirm at checkout which will ship once the order is placed (so you don’t have to wait for it to be paid off!)
